About Elizabeth Aldana

Breakup Artist | Speaker

I'm Elizabeth. I work with high-agency humans who are done abandoning themselves to keep everything else intact. My work isn't about fixing you. It's about showing you what's actually true, then helping you end what's in the way of the life you want.

Most people stay too long. I help them stop.

What I’ve Actually
Broken Up With

This work isn't theoretical for me. My life has been shaped
by breakups far beyond romance. Every category below is
one I lived inside of, then ended.

Identity and self-worth patterns

Overgiving, performing, people-pleasing. The impressive version of me that felt hollow. The jealousy and insecurity I pretended were other people's problem.

Career and success scripts

Toxic workplaces. Gaslighting disguised as feedback. Hustle culture. The belief that work had to come before life. That grinding was the price of belonging.

Conditioning and “shoulds”

Scarcity, urgency, perfectionism. Chasing external validation. Rigid expectations of who I was supposed to be. The belief that reinvention has to take years.

Environments and lifestyles

Cities, countries, homes, and chapters that stopped fitting. Including a life in Singapore that looked perfect on paper and quietly cost me everything that mattered.

Emotional and energetic habits

Staying vague about what I wanted. Tolerating "good enough." Running inherited patterns without ever questioning whose they actually were.

Each breakup stripped away
something familiar.
Each one gave me back more answers, more agency, and
more self-trust.

That's the lens I bring into every room and every conversation. I'm not teaching you something I read about. I'm teaching you what I've already done.

The World I Came From and How I’m Trained

Before stepping fully into this work, I spent over 15 years in program management and creative operations, leading global teams in high-pressure creative, marketing, and tech environments.

I partnered with founders, executives, designers, and engineers at companies like Uber, Twitch, and Huge. I
understand pressure, politics, deadlines, and the cost of constantly exceeding expectations while barely meeting your own.

I'm also formally trained as a coach, with advanced education in leadership development and years of
experience working with driven leaders navigating identity-level breakups.

I continue to invest in my own mentors, coaches, and education to ensure the Breakup Philosophy is grounded in lived practice, not theory.

What It Feels Like to Work With Me

    Breakup work isn’t
    about creating heartache

It's about ending what's distorting you so you can trust yourself under pressure and move without second-guessing.

    More decisive.
    More grounded.
More free to choose the life, the relationships, and the work you actually want.

If you're ready to break up with a person, a place, a pattern, or an outdated version of yourself, you're Breakup Material.

You're ready to make one clean decision, that's where we start.

    Let’s get started.
